Once on the list she will only be available for adoption for the first two months on the list by families that already have a dossier logged in at the CCAA. After she is on the list for two months she is available to any couple to adopt even if they do not have a completed dossier. If you may be interested in adopting her we can check with the orphanage to see what the status is of her file and when it might go to the CCAA.
